3、 Equipment operation
A. Open the packaging of the equipment and count the random accessories according to the packing list. Start assembling the equipment.
B. Connect the compressed air supply pipe, connect the equipment power supply, connect the equipment ice outlet pipe and the gun handle, and connect the gun handle to the ice outlet pipe control line.
C. Select the corresponding nozzle according to the different cleaning items and install it on the spray gun handle.
D. Turn on the device power switch, the device power indicator light will light up, and the ice output will display the gauge quantity. Adjust the ice output knob to the minimum position.
E. Dry ice filling
Open the dry ice storage box and use a random dedicated ice shovel to scoop up the dry ice. Do not use too much to avoid spillage. Do not touch the skin to avoid frostbite. Pour the dry ice into the hopper of the dry ice cleaning machine, taking care that there are no lumps on the dry ice. If there are lumps, they must be broken up. Do not overfill the material and add them again after use. According to the cleaning items 2 to 4, just shovel them. Do not add dry ice in advance, use it now to avoid gasification and agglomeration.
F. Start cleaning
After completing the above preparations, the cleaning operation can begin. Press the equipment start button, and the circular light on the start button will light up. Wear protective eyes, ear bags, and thick gloves. Align the nozzle with the area to be cleaned, hold the spray gun handle, and continuously press the micro control switch on the spray gun handle twice, with an interval of no more than 2 seconds (exceeding 2 seconds is considered a misoperation by the system and needs to be continuously pressed twice again). At this point, the cleaning operation begins. According to the different cleaning items, it is advisable to have the nozzle and the cleaned surface at a range of 45 º -90 º. The nozzle can swing left and right or up and down to achieve the best cleaning effect.
G. Nozzle selection
According to the cleaning project, it is recommended to choose a suitable nozzle. The nozzle with a diameter of 9mm is used for engine cleaning of spark plug installation holes with a diameter of 12mm. The nozzle with a diameter of 12mm is used for engine cleaning of spark plug installation holes with a diameter of 14mm to 16mm. The nozzle with a diameter of 14mm is used for engine cleaning of spark plug installation holes with a diameter of 18mm. An elbow nozzle is used for cleaning inside the cavity, and a straight pipe nozzle is used for surface cleaning, Wide flat nozzle for interior and large area cleaning. Users can replace nozzles based on on-site conditions and cleaning results.
H. Ice release speed adjustment
Users can adjust the ice release speed based on cleaning items, on-site compressed air pressure, and other factors, from small to large, until small ice particles just appear at the nozzle mouth.
