Dry ice cleaning machine is a cleaning machine designed specifically for enterprises that clean precision components or relatively fragile cleaning objects. Its cleaning principle is that dry ice particles are driven by compressed air and impact the cleaned surface at high speed. Dry ice is instantly crushed and sublimated. Absorb a large amount of heat. Due to the different thermal expansion coefficients between the dirt and the substrate, the dirt quickly cracks. The crushed dry ice particles enter the cracks, and due to the vaporization of dry ice, its volume instantly expands by nearly 800 times. This creates a "mini bomb" at the impact point, causing dirt to quickly peel off and achieving the best cleaning effect.
The capacity of the equipment funnel is approximately 5Kg. Used to hold dry ice. During operation, dry ice falls onto the feeding device under the vibration of the vibrating motor. The feeding device rotates while Φ 3mm dry ice particles are cut into pieces below 0.2mm, and then the mixed dry ice particles are sent to the spray chamber, which is blown out by high-pressure air. The dry ice forms various jet shapes under the constraint of the nozzle. Spray onto the surface to be cleaned to achieve the cleaning purpose. The shape and intensity of the jet are determined by factors such as the shape of the surface to be cleaned and the firmness of the dirt. Change the size of the gun, the shape of the nozzle, and adjust the feeding speed based on the factors of the target cleaning part. The feeding speed is adjustable from 0 to 0.4Kg/min. Usually, the stronger the dirt, the faster the feeding speed, and the specific adjustment amount is determined based on the actual situation. Especially suitable for cleaning small holes in melt blown molds!
