The aging test chamber is suitable for scientific research institutions and factories to conduct thermal aging tests on plastic materials (rubber, plastic), electrical insulation, and other materials. The temperature control adopts digital display and PID automatic adjustment instrument. The working temperature can be set arbitrarily from room temperature to 300 ℃, with automatic constant temperature. The host structure and accompanying instruments and materials are designed after detailed research on the airflow and temperature inside the box, and have the advantages of sensitive temperature control, uniform temperature, and stable performance. Comply with the requirements of GB 3512 "Rubber Hot Air Aging Test Method".
Structure and material:
Inner box material: Made of high-end mirror stainless steel plate. High temperature resistance, no deformation, and long-term aesthetic maintenance.;
Outer box material: Adopting advanced processes such as cold color baking paint, the machine has a beautiful and elegant appearance;
Insulation material: ultrafine glass insulation cotton, with a thickness of 100mm;
Heater: Stainless steel finned heat dissipation tube, contactless solid-state control, long service life; Three sets of heating control can increase heating rate or save energy according to actual needs.
Circulation system:
Single phase asynchronous motor (adjustable gear);
Air circulation mode: dual duct single circulation;
Wind wheel: Stainless steel centrifugal wind wheel can better improve the temperature uniformity inside the box;
Control system:
Adopting imported temperature controller from Japan's "Fuji", with high temperature control accuracy. LCD displays the set temperature and actual temperature.;
The operating time of the equipment can be set by oneself, and it will automatically shut down after the test is completed;
Temperature measurement: K-type thermocouple;
Sample holder: Test piece holder rotation speed: 5-10r/min
Safety protection device:
Equipped with an over temperature protector, even if the power is cut off in case of an accident.
After reaching the set temperature, automatic constant temperature and PID automatic adjustment
Equipped with a timer, which automatically starts the timer function when the temperature reaches the set value. After reaching the set testing time, the test will automatically end without the need for manual supervision.
