
Product Introduction
Structural characteristics of high and low temperature test chambers:
1. The high and low temperature alternating test box body is processed and formed using CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and elegant appearance, and adopts a non reaction handle, which is easy to operate.
2. The inner box adopts imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panels, while the outer box adopts (SUS304) brushed stainless steel plate or high-quality cold-rolled steel plate spray molding, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
3. Equipped with a large observation window and a lighting lamp to keep the box bright, and utilizing the copper plated glass embedded in the heating body, the condition inside the box can be clearly observed at any time.
4. A test hole with a diameter of 50mm is installed on the left side of the box, which can be used for external testing power or signal wires.
5. The insulation material is made of high-density glass fiber cotton, with a thickness of 80-100mm. A double-layer high tensile sealing strip with high and low temperature resistance is used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the testing area.
4、 Programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber, temperature and humidity test chamber refrigeration system
1. Compressor: fully enclosed original French Taikang refrigeration unit.
2. Refrigeration method: single (dual) mechanism cooling.
3. Condensation method: forced air cooling.
4. Dehumidification adopts the evaporator coil dew point temperature laminar contact dehumidification method.
5. The electromagnetic valve, oil separator, drying filter, repair valve, refrigerant flow window, and liquid storage tank are all imported original parts.
6. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, exceeding the limit temperature and automatic operation, ensuring the safe conduct of the test without accidents.
High and low temperature alternating test box controller:
1. Multiple imported controllers are adopted, and users can choose according to their own requirements.
·TIME880 color touch screen programmable temperature and humidity controller imported from South Korea, with a Chinese and English switching interface, easy to operate.
·Original imported TIME300 digital display film button data input to temperature and humidity controller from South Korea, with English display interface.
·Imported from Japan, the "OYO" digital display touch button temperature and humidity controller features high-precision PID control to eliminate long-term unstable operation.
After inputting the data and test conditions, the controller has a locking function to prevent human touch from changing the temperature value.
3. The controller of the high and low temperature alternating test chamber has the function of P.I.D automatic calculation, which can immediately correct the temperature change conditions, making temperature control more accurate and stable.
4. Optional printer, capable of printing and recording set parameters and scanning temperature change curves. 4-20mA standard signal.
5. The sensor adopts a platinum resistor PT100Q/MV
6. It has an RS-232 communication interface and can design programs on a computer, monitor the testing process, and perform functions such as automatic switch on/off.
