This voltage drop and temperature rise tester is controlled by a dedicated system control board, with a 7-inch touch screen as the human-machine interface, and is a specialized equipment for fully automatic high current voltage drop and temperature rise detection.
2、 main features
Current, time, voltage drop, temperature rise and other status information as well as prompt information are displayed on a large LCD screen, with clear and intuitive readings. It can also be displayed and saved on a computer;Full Chinese interface, simple and clear operation, suitable for various application scenarios;
Different current values can be set, with time cycle output
The conventional touch screen buttons can be operated, making the operation intuitive, fast, and easy to use.
The full digital calibration method eliminates outdated potentiometer adjustment, making it extremely convenient for on-site use and easy to control accuracy;
● Status reminder function, guided operation, capable of proficiently operating even without a manual;
● Pause function, which can pause the current rise/fall process at any point during automatic control. The pause time can be flexibly controlled by the testing personnel, making it convenient to observe the status of the test object;
● Automatic timing function, when the experiment is paused, the timing stops and the pause time starts. Resume timing when outputting time while continuing the experiment
● Manual control mode, similar to the traditional electric up/down mode, where the increase/decrease of current is controlled by buttons, the equipment automatically judges the upper/lower limit, and has functions such as overcurrent protection. The entire test process is manually controlled and operated as needed;
Equipped with stop/emergency buttons, which can be manually reset;
Intelligent control of current rise and fall speed, which automatically slows down when the current approaches the target current;
● In case of overcurrent and other faults, protection is immediate, accurate, and reliable;

4、 Introduction to operating instructions
After the system is powered on, the PLC will automatically determine whether the voltage regulator is reset to zero. If it is not reset, the voltage regulator will be reset to zero. During the process of resetting the voltage regulator, no operation can be performed except for the emergency stop button.
1. System startup interface.
After the system is started, it will automatically enter the menu interface.
The system menu is mainly divided into "DC output".
DC output "is the core of the entire system. The output current value can be set on the high current output interface, and related report data can be viewed. Please refer to the instructions below for specific operations.
2. Computer DC output operation
2.1 Introduction to Current Output Interface
The 'Output Current' displays the current value output by the system.
The "Current Setting" displays the current value set for the current automatic state. If you want to change the set current value, you can touch area 1 to enter the setting interface. For setting questions, please refer to the instructions in the setting section later.
2.2 Automatic/manual switching
On the current testing interface, the control state of the output current can be switched through "automatic"/"manual". When the "automatic"/"manual" button is pressed, it is the current operating state. The button pressed is displayed in orange red.
3. Fully automatic high current setting.
Click on "Current Settings" on the main menu interface or touch area 1 on the high current output interface (see Chapter 2.1 for details) to enter the test settings interface. As shown in the above figure.
This system is designed to set the automatic current during current output, so the "Output Current" on the left has a similar function to the high current test interface, mainly displaying the current output current of the system.
In the "Current Settings" section, clicking on each current setting button will pop up the input keyboard (as shown in the following figure) to input the current value. After the setting is completed, you need to click "Settings" to save the input into the system and execute the current set current value.
If the 'Menu' button is in a testing state and is not in a testing state, it will return to the main menu interface.
